Shipping Procedures 
 

At  Trendstrails, we are committed to providing reliable nationwide delivery through our trusted shipping partners, typically making two or three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, we encourage you to promptly reach out to reschedule. 
 

Please be aware that dispatches do not occur on Sundays and holidays due to the unavailability of our logistics partners. In cases where a product or order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we regret that we cannot issue a refund for the purchase price and are not liable for the error. 
 

Transit Time 
 

For domestic shipments, our courier services generally require approximately three to eight (3-8) business days to reach their destination. 
 

Split Orders 
 

If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate boxes on different days, depending on availability and shipping locations. To ensure the safety of your products during transit, items may be shipped separately, resulting in multiple deliveries to your provided address. 
 

Change of Address Requests 
 

Once an order has been placed, modifications to the shipping address cannot be made. However, if changes are necessary, please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 
 

Order Cancellation 
 

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been prepared for shipment, but the request must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of placing the order. A full refund will be issued, along with an email confirmation of the refund. Please note that orders marked as "Ready to Ship" are non-cancelable, as they are dispatched within twenty-four (24) hours of order placement.
