ORDERS

To place an order, simply browse our collection, select your preferred items, choose the correct size, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready to finalize your purchase, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions provided.  

If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped, modifications may not be possible.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you with either a replacement or return in accordance with our return policy. 

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details. If you don’t see this email, please check your spam folder or get in touch with customer support.

RETURNS

To start a return, please visit our Returns page and complete the return form. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return, then follow the provided instructions. 

After we receive your returned item, it usually takes 5-7 business days to process the return and issue your refund or exchange.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. If you paid through any specific payment mode, your refunds will be processed through the same.
